2. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings of CityLife Apartments in Germany, Spain, and Dubai.

3. Booking and Payment

• Minimum stay: Displayed for each booking.

• Cancellation: Free of charge up to 14 days before the booked arrival date. Cancellations made later will incur a 100% charge.

• Payment: Prepayment via PayPal or credit card. The booking is only confirmed after receipt of payment.

4. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from [standard time, e.g., 4:00 PM]

• Check-out: by [standard time, e.g., 11:00 AM]

• Earlier or later times are possible upon request, possibly for an additional charge.

5. Liability and Damage

• The guest is solely liable for any damages occurring during the stay.

• Damages must be reported immediately.

6. House Rules

• Prohibited: Parties, smoking, pets, noise pollution. Violations may result in a fine.

• Please respect the quiet hours at night.
